Chef Etienne Li

A master in his kitchen and in the dining room, Etienne Li has honed his sense of taste and his passion for Asian cuisine for over 10 years. After traveling to the four corners of Asia to draw inspiration from the culinary traditions of each country, he returned to France to bring his specialties together in one restaurant. It was his travels that shaped the concept of our restaurant: Asian Fusion Food (or the fusion of Asian cuisines). In search of new culinary trends, but also attentive to ancestral traditions, at Mian Fan he offers inventive but always gourmet recipes. His values are those of healthy cuisine prepared only with fresh, quality products. We also find in his culinary DNA a love of homemade preparations, and a good sense of the blending of Eastern and Western cuisines. Chef Etienne Li's virtuosity is expressed above all in his perfect mastery of wok cooking. He has become an expert in this traditional technique, closely linked to Asian cuisine. It allows him to preserve the aromas of his ingredients, whether he chooses to cook them raw to keep their crunchiness, or steam them to preserve all their nutrients.
